Thank You For Your Interest In Saguaro Acres - Read Below To
Learn a Little More About Who We Are!
Saguaro Acres consists of 210 acres, 76 lot maps recorded, 2 to
5.65 acres. The legal recorded ingress and egress has been recorded.
Legal access is on both sides of Alamo Road. The west side Alamo
Road consists of 47 lots and the east side 29 lots. Surveying,
engineering and roads have all been completed. I am in the process
of signing an agreement with Arizona Public Service Company (APS),
the provider for electric in La Paz County. Construction and installation
to all of the 76 lots should start by February 2008. The price
for the electric is included in the price of the lots.
I have tried my best to make it as convenient (easy) to find all
the corners of each lot. This should help to get a visual of the
property.

This shows all the dedications. This map shows the road names,
lot numbers and acreage, footage of all lines, and square footage
of the lots
- All intersections have a 4' X 4' directional board to show where
you are.
- All lot corners have 2" numbered aluminum caps.
- Front of all lots have an 8" X 8" lot number sign.
- The back, and in some cases the front, there are 5' - 10' poles
with 16" X 16" orange flags and lot numbers on the flags.
Lot Improvements
I realized during the construction process for the development
that the Buyer of any of the lots would have an extra cost of
$15,000 to $20,000 bringing out heavy equipment and the cost for
material to install a pad and a driveway on the lot. While I had
the equipment on the job, I constructed pads and driveways to
95% of the lots. You will see these when you drive around the
property. They can be accessed with a standard vehicle.
Lot No. 43 will be my Visiting and Information Center. My office
is a Sante Fe 1,880 square foot manufactured home. This lot will
have landscaping, fencing, a parking area and a wastewater system.
A Well has been drilled also. A 10,000 gallon water storage tank
will be installed on the lot with plumbing, electrical and a computerized
system. This will be paid for by me as the Developer and will
be owned by the Saguaro Acres Property Owners Association as a
water supply for all property owners. Also a concrete driveway
will be added and a stuccoed block wall.

business since 1979 that no matter how easy you make it for perspective
buyers to know exactly where the corners are and the many questions
that need to be asked and answers provided with the documents
